Hale Arsal
Hale Arsal graduated from Saint Benoit High School in 1989 and from Boğaziçi University Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department in 1995. Between 1995 and 2006, she worked as a specialist and then a manager in the Product Management and Marketing Units of Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals and Bayer. She completed her MBA at Marmara University during the same period.
Esen started to operate in the fields of organizational development and coaching within the body of Bellatris in 2006 and during this period, she completed her coaching training (Erickson / Gestalt) and also completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology at Okan University. Between 2010 and 2014, she completed her career in corporate companies by working as a manager in human resources and organizational development departments at Hafele and CMA CGM companies. She taught psychology at Medipol University's Psychology Department.
Since 2014, Esen has focused on the development and implementation of "Assessment and Development Centers" applications, development plans for individuals, and subsequently the realization of coaching and training activities in the development of individuals. She works as an assessor certified by the British Psychological Association.
Completing coaching trainings in the ICF Accredited Forton Coaching School (CLC: Certified Leadership Coach); she provides individual and team coaching to support the development of individuals in institutional environments.
She provides some trainings to improve the competencies of employees in institutional environments.
Esen has been involved in evaluation and development centers, managerial coaching projects, corporate training programs, 360° feedback applications, and research projects (Fokus Group & Individual Interview), by blending her work experience and training in international companies for many years.
