Özge Berçin
Ms. Berçin graduated from Boğaziçi University Psychology Department and got a master’s degree from Marmara University, Human Resources Management Department. She had worked on 360 Degree feedback system during post graduate.
Her first working field was European Union Projects. After that, at January 2008 she began to work with DBE as a Consultant and since 2013 she continues her profession as a Project Coordinator. She has been working actively in the individual and corporate development projects; she managed and worked as a Consultant in Assessment & Development Center Projects, 360 Degree Feedback Projects, Focus Groups, Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Surveys, Competency Modelling projects and designing assessment tools projects. She completed The Forton Group (UK based) Professional Leadership Coaching and Coach Training Programme (ACTP) accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation) and since then she has been giving coaching sessions. She is also a trainer for 16PF Personality Inventory Interpretation Trainings, DBE-Forton Coaching and Assessor Development Trainers.
