Ayşegül Horozoğlu
Ayşegül Horozoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Psychology major in 1989 with honor degree and started her career as a Psychological Counselor. After practicing in clinical psychology field for 3 years, she continued her professional business life as a Training Specialist in Lever Temizlik Maddeleri A.Ş. between 1993-1996. She established and managed the Human Resources Department Mithat Giyim San. ve Tic. Head Office from 1996 to 1999. Between 1999 – 2004, she joined Karuna Management Consultancy as a Management and Human Resources Consultant and worked with various national and international companies in different sectors.
As of 2004, Mrs. Horozoğlu continues her career in DBE Institute for Behavioral Studies as the Manager of Organizational Developmental Center. She has been working over 20 years in HR Projects like job descriptions, salary systems, competencies, organizational structuring, institutionalization, efficiency, training design and delivery, performance systems, career management, strategic HR management, corporate culture, employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, 360 degree competency assessment, assessment and development center and psychometric tests and inventories.
She took part in many projects as a professional consultant and project manager. In addition to that, Mrs Horozoğlu is a member of Turkish Psychological Association and Peryön. Her articles were published in various magazines and newspapers. She also delivered numerous speeches and presentations in conferences and organizations. In August 2010, she completed the “Art of Leadership: Manager as Coach” Certification Programme from ICF Accredited Erickson College International and took part as a facilitator in coaching trainings. In February 2012, she also completed the Coaching Training Programme and Trainer’s Training Programme from ICF Accredited Forton Group, and she has been qualified to deliver Forton Coaching Trainings.
