Meltem Ayvacıoğlu
Meltem Ayvacıoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1972. She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration.
After her internship at Deutsche Bank/Germany, she worked in companies including Şahinler Holding, Alstom, İ.E Ulagay İlaç in Turkey between 1994-2006.
She witnessed German-French and Turkish-Italian mergers. She had the chance to observe the problems resulting from adaptation issues and the manager-employee relations. As an employee, she had the chance to personally experience the relations with other employees, the psychology of anxiety and uncertainty created by new formations in the employee, in her 12 years of active work.
She carried her experience in Employee Psychology to a scientific level with her Master's in Management and Work Psychology at Marmara University.
Ayvacıoğlu, whose articles were published in academic journals about 'creativity in institutions', received training on coaching, Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Reconnection Healing® and Reconnection®, NLP, Quantum Thinking Techniques, and Feng Shui.
Ayvacıoğlu, who provides trainings on emotional intelligence, motivation, communication and stress management, and coaching services to institutions in different sectors in Turkey speaks German and English. She is learning Spanish nowadays.
She sees herself as a 'curious researcher and life-long student'.
Meeting with new cultures and Latin dances are her passions.
