Expressive Art Therapy

Expressive Art Therapy

The art therapy begins where words are inadequate and fail. It treats, repairs and transforms the people. The problems of people directly reveal in the similar technique with psychodrama and thus people may experience harder transition. In fact, transitions at the art therapy are smooter. People reveal as much as they want. They protect themselves from what they do not want. In other words, people do not talk about main problem directly. Instead of that, you may reveal their problems in the way of art, smooter, more aesthetic.
