MOTIVATION INVENTORY
DBE Motivation Inventory is an attitude and behavior inventory developed to help discover situations that increase or decrease enthusiasm and motivation while working in the workplace.
It is used in recruitment, identifying high potentials, distinguishing high and low performances, analyzing team relations from a motivational perspective, adding motivational elements to success plans, and gaining the commitment of talented people.
The inventory consists of 5 main factors and 15 sub-dimensions:
Drive: Achievement, Self-Esteem, Competition
Control: Power, Autonomy, Recognition, Responsibility
Struggle: Stress Tolerance, Resilience, Progress, Creativity, and Diversity
Relationship: Teamwork, Human Relations
Reward: Development, Salary
DBE motivation inventory consists of 98 questions. Although there is no time limit, the application approximately takes 25-30 minutes.
