MODULE 2 - DEVELOPMENT
Purpose: To provide comprehensive development of leadership and coaching skills after the process of transforming managers and individuals into coach-like leaders is completed.
With this training, you can deepen your coaching skills and discover your own and others' leadership skills. Employees need a relationship of trust to unleash their creativity, create a sense of responsibility, and retain the best employees. At this point, coaching skills make very important contributions. Being a manager as a leader and coach is the most effective method for teams to produce outstanding performance and ultimately for company productivity.

- 1-Hour Supervisions with Expert Coaches: Focusing on learning, sharing topics and experiences within the framework of leadership and coaching.
- One-on-One Observational Supervision: Working with other participants to do real-life coaching exercises; receiving feedback and supervision from the expert coach and the people being coached.
