Abstract Cognition Test
Abstract Cognition Test measures individual’s cognition non-verbally. It includes understanding abstract relationship between figures. Abstract Cognition Test is related to general ability test just like verbal and numeric ability tests. Participant is required to label the last shape from series of shapes in every question. Individuals are bound to understand the rules of series and complete the last shape. With this test, paying attention to the visual material, perception and interpretation abilities of individuals can be measured. Abstract Cognition Test also measures practical cognitive abilities of individuals that do not require verbal and numeric data. It is named as purified from culture because it is not based on verbal or numeric representations.
Abstract cognition is necessary for all positions and professions, therefore in every position and profession, this test is used to predict employees’ working performance with a scientific way during hiring and career development processes.
Test is composed of 25 questions, lasts for 10 minutes.
