General Ability Test

Commonly tests the ability of mind to solve problems. This test measures the abilities of learning, indicating conclusions from the things learned, applying the things learned to new conditions, analytical thinking, and problem solving. Numeric abilities, verbal and metaphysical thinking measured in this test has subtitles like analogy, reading comprehension, classification, getting the main point of numeric-verbal-diagram mating series.

General Ability tests have the best prediction for the success of a candidate for a specific position, because of what it measures.

General Ability Test may differ according to the difficulty level and can be used for positions like Manager Candidate, Call Center Staff, Sales Representative, Engineer, Data Processing Staff, Bank Teller, and Qualified Employee.

General Ability Test is composed of 60 questions and lasts 20 minutes.
