Managerial Arithmetic Test
This test measures arithmetic computations included to managerial responsibilities by giving only managing refined questions. According to the importance of this ability, test is given to average and high performing managers. This test is especially given for specific tasks like making computations for investment decisions, creating a budget for sales and outgoings, computing payroll, bonus-price computations and profit computations that is related to managing and arithmetic.
It is used for all levels of managers, because of including critic arithmetic computations. For assessments of the results, position-related norms of cooperation are used.
Managerial Arithmetic Test is composed of 23 questions and lasts 12 minutes.
