Bob is an experienced leadership coach and consultant, with a successful track record in leadership, people motivation and project delivery over the last 30 years.
During his career Bob has worked at a senior level, leading teams of up to 200 people. In a number of large corporations he has helped shift the leadership culture to a more inclusive and effective approach.
He is an expert in the fields of leadership, talent management and employee engagement: with in-depth experience as a practitioner as well as a consultant. Bob coaches leaders – from graduates to the C-Suite – who want to learn and grow; he has had particular success working with high potential leaders.
He is well-received by international audiences for his engaging and amusing speaking style; speaking at major conferences and to professional audiences and Bob is also an accredited ‘Dynamic Speaking Skills’ coach and trainer.
As well as being a co-founder of the Forton Group’s ’Professional Leadership Coaching’ certification programme, Bob is the company’s Director of Training and Faculty leader. He has delivered a variety of training courses in the field of leadership development, coaching and change management, and is licensed to deliver Emotional Intelligence training including programmes designed to develop leaders’ EQ.
As part of his commitment to the profession, Bob has served on the ICF Ethics Committee and written a number of papers on internal coaching ethics.
Bob is qualified to ‘Professional Certified Coach’ level, accredited by the International Coach Federation. He is also qualified to British Psychological Society levels A and B in psychometric testing and feedback.
